Delivery time.
- Domestic orders
- Domestic orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders placed by 3pm are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on holidays are fulfilled on the first working day after the holiday.
- Total expected delivery time for domestic orders via courier is 2-3 business days
- Orders confirmed after 15:00 are processed on the next working day.
- Foreign orders (EU)
- Orders within the EU are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders placed by 3pm are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on holidays are fulfilled on the first working day after the holiday.
- The total expected delivery time for international orders via the Polish Post is between 4 and 7 working days depending on the location of the parcel collection.
- Orders confirmed after 15:00 are processed on the next working day.

Methods of payment
Payment by bank transfer
In the title of the transfer, please write your order number and your name and surname. This will make it easier for us to identify your transfer and speed up the processing of your order. In the case of an ordinary transfer, the order processing time may be longer. This is due to the time that passes between making the transfer and its accounting in our account.

Cash on delivery
If you choose this method of payment, you will pay for the shipment on delivery to the letter carrier or courier. The order will be delivered to the given address and the order value will be collected. In case the delivery person does not find anyone at the given address, he/she will leave a notification to collect the shipment. This option is not available for international shipments.
