Refund (withdrawal)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in our store www.fleurdelysequestrian.com within 14 days of receipt, under the rules described in the Act of 30.05.2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827).

In case of withdrawal from the sales contract:

The received product should be sent back to the address FLEURDELYSEQUESTRIAN MAGAZINE: ul.Stalowa 84, 53-440 Wrocław, together with a completed return form attached in paper version to each order and the receipt.

• We do not accept packages sent COD or parcel post.
• Each returned product should be properly packed and secured.
• The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Complaint

(if you have received the goods in accordance with the order, but the size does not fit, the return procedure applies)

W przypadku reklamacji otrzymanego towaru:

The received product should be sent back to the address FLEURDELYSEQUESTRIAN MAGAZINE: ul.Stalowa 84, 53-440 Wrocław, together with a completed return form attached in paper version to each order and the receipt.

• We do not accept packages sent COD or parcel post.
• Each returned product should be properly packed and protected. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another - of full value, and if this is impossible, we will return all transaction costs incurred by the Customer.
• Transaction refunds are made by bank transfer.
• We try to process complaints immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Complaints are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964r. Civil Code.
